Are We in Sync with Our Internal Operating System?
The most daunting task most of us face today is determining who we are and what we want from our life. Most of us — including myself — are susceptible to a variety of external pressures or human manipulations. Because our internal operating systems are still out of sync.
For this reason, to know ourselves and have control over what enters and exits our bodies, we must begin asking ourselves difficult questions. For example, you might begin by asking yourself basic questions such as how you feel about the speed of your life: is it too slow, too quick, or just right?
Crucially, we all have an inner critic that drives us to accept unnatural identities. This inner impostor may inform us that we are insufficient or prevents us from realizing our God-given potential. In other words, our inner critic may be a force for good or evil depending on how we respond to what it advises.
Furthermore, most of us are aware that we live in a saturated culture with a great deal of external influence. At some time, we will unintentionally listen to others more than to ourselves. As a consequence, we will begin making choices based on what other people say or do, which indicates we have given up on our life and handed the steering wheel over to society.
Repeatedly, this happens, sometimes without knowing it has been happening. Whether you consciously know this or not, it's a self-defeating currency that we so much love exchanging with our culture in defense of our peer-pressured inflated ego and unfounded claims that we may be misconstrued or misjudged somehow.
However, all hope is not lost since there are easy steps we can follow to get things back on track. So, if you want to change for the better, you must begin by confronting yourself with difficult facts.
First and foremost, you are well aware that there is one thing you need to modify in your conduct to get yourself going again. What is it that you might improve to reclaim your self-control? It's important to remember that you should make sure you have reasons for wanting to accomplish it.
Similarly, you should consider if you are hanging onto anything that is causing turmoil in your life. Be true to yourself and let go of everything that does not provide value to you. Simultaneously, be honest with yourself and find out what makes you happy, since your degree of happiness influences how far you can go in life. This suggests that no matter what your condition is, you should be thankful to God and keep going.
Finally, consider what weaknesses you are hesitant to reveal to the people in your life. Some things should be kept secret. However, there is a good argument to be made that when you disclose your concerns with someone with whom you have confided, you are more likely to have them resolved - however, this depends on the individual.
